01 / What to write about
Anything, but these get the most useful answer.
- You are evaluating Knownset. Tell us the workflow you are trying to govern and the surface you own. We will tell you honestly whether the current system does it, whether it is implemented but not deployed, or whether it is target architecture.
- You want the technical detail. The boundaries, non-claims and current evidence are on the Trust page. If you want to go deeper than that page goes, ask — the answer will be specific or it will be an admission.
- Anything about data. Access, correction, deletion, or a question about what this site measures. The Privacy page describes exactly what is collected; this address is where requests go.
02 / What not to send
Please keep health information out of email.
Do not send personal health data, member records, or credentials to this address. It is ordinary business email, not a governed health surface. If you need to discuss real data, say so and we will arrange an appropriate channel first.
