What this site measures.

Knownset is a pre-release company. This public website is marketing and documentation only — there is no product, account, or health data behind it. This notice describes exactly what the site does, in the same words the code uses.

01 / What we measure

Aggregate, fixed-vocabulary interaction events.

• Four interaction events. marketing_navigation, marketing_cta_click, marketing_demo_interaction, and marketing_form_lifecycle. Each carries only fixed identifiers chosen from a closed list in our source — an action name, a destination, a placement, a demo name, and the page. No value you type or select is ever attached.
• Standard request information. Our hosting provider processes the usual request data needed to serve a page, including IP address, user agent, and the page requested. We do not combine it with anything else or use it to build a profile.

02 / What we do not collect

The list is short because the site is small.

• No cookies. This site sets none, for any purpose, including analytics.
• No browser storage. Nothing is written to localStorage or sessionStorage.
• No accounts, no sign-in, and no health data — the public site has no product surface behind it.
• No advertising or cross-site tracking, and no data sold or shared with advertisers.
• No session recording, heatmaps, or scroll tracking.

03 / If you contact us

The access form is currently closed.

The developer access form is not accepting submissions, so the site currently collects no contact details at all. If you email us directly, we keep that correspondence only as long as we need it to reply.

04 / Reaching us

One address, a person reads it.

Email privacy@knownset.com for anything about data, including access, correction, or deletion. We aim to reply within two business days.
